Terms of Use

These terms set out the basis on which you may use top10irelandcasinos.com. They also explain how our editorial independence works, how the site is funded, and what our published information can and cannot be relied upon for. By using the site you accept them.

Version 3.2 · Last updated: 24 July 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

“We”, “us” and “our” mean Top 10 Ireland Casinos, the publisher of this website. “You” means the person accessing it.

2. Age and eligibility

This website is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18. We do not publish material aimed at children or young people, and we ask that you do not share our pages with anyone under 18.

It is your responsibility to establish whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the internet, and whether you are permitted to open an account with any operator we describe. Laws differ considerably between countries and can change. We make no representation that the operators listed here accept customers from your location.

3. What this website is — and is not

We are an independent publisher. This site contains editorial reviews, comparison tables, explanatory guides and responsible-gambling resources concerning online casinos available to adults in Ireland.

We want to be unambiguous about what we do not do:

  • We are not a gambling operator and hold no gambling licence.
  • We do not host, run or supply casino games of any kind, including demo games.
  • We do not accept bets, wagers, stakes or deposits, and we never hold player funds.
  • We do not open, manage or close accounts on your behalf, and we cannot access your casino account.
  • We do not pay winnings, process withdrawals or intervene in payment disputes as a party.
  • We are not an agent of any operator, and no operator is our agent.

Nothing on this site is an offer, inducement or encouragement to gamble. Our content is intended for adults who have already decided to consider gambling and want comparative information before doing so.

4. Information, not advice

Everything published here is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical or professional advice, and it must not be treated as a recommendation to gamble, to gamble a particular amount, or to use a particular operator.

No outcome is predictable

Casino games are games of chance with a built-in mathematical advantage to the operator. We do not and cannot promise winnings, profits, returns, or any particular result. No review, ranking, bonus, tip or strategy described on this site alters the odds of any game. You should expect to lose money you stake, and you should only ever stake what you can comfortably afford to lose.

5. Editorial independence and scoring

Our rankings are produced by our own reviewers using the published method set out in how we review casinos. Scores are a weighted average across licensing and player protection (30%), payments and withdrawal speed (25%), fairness of bonus terms (20%), games and software (15%) and customer support (10%).

We commit to the following, and you are entitled to hold us to it:

  • No operator can purchase a ranking position, a score, or the removal of a criticism.
  • Reviewers reach their conclusions before any commercial discussion takes place.
  • Every review names at least one weakness, including for commercial partners.
  • Scores are reviewed monthly and adjusted when the evidence changes.
  • A brand is removed if its licence cannot be verified, if withdrawal complaints go unresolved, or if its terms are misleading.

Scores represent our reasoned editorial opinion at the date shown. They are not statements of objective fact, not a guarantee of your experience, and not a warranty about any operator’s future conduct. Reasonable people may weigh the same evidence differently.

6. Affiliate and advertising disclosure

This website is funded by affiliate marketing. We have commercial arrangements with some of the operators we review. Where a link is marked as an advertising link, we may receive a commission if you follow it and subsequently register or deposit with that operator.

  • It costs you nothing. Commission is paid by the operator out of its own marketing budget. Your bonus, odds, terms and account are identical whether you arrive through us or directly.
  • It does not buy influence. Commercial relationships have no effect on scores, ranking order or the content of a review.
  • Not every listing is commercial. Some brands appear because they merit inclusion, with no arrangement in place at all.
  • We disclose it openly. Advertising links carry a visible label, and the funding model is stated in the footer of every page.

If you prefer, you can navigate to any operator directly through a search engine rather than using our links. The information on this site remains free either way.

7. Accuracy of bonuses and operator details

We take care to verify bonus values, wagering requirements, minimum deposits, payment methods, licences and payout times, and we recheck them on a monthly cycle. Even so, operators can and do change their terms at short notice and without telling us.

Accordingly:

  • All figures are indicative and reflect our most recent check on the date shown, not a live feed.
  • The operator’s own published terms always take precedence over any summary here. Read them in full before you deposit.
  • Offers may be restricted by country of residence, payment method, device, or whether you are a new or returning customer.
  • “Up to” figures describe a maximum, usually matched against your own deposit and often spread across several deposits. They are not amounts credited on sign-up.
  • Payout times assume identity verification is already complete. Incomplete verification is the most common cause of delay.

If you find a discrepancy between our page and an operator’s site, please tell us — we correct confirmed errors promptly.

8. Your responsibilities

When you use this website you agree that you will:

  • be aged 18 or over and legally permitted to gamble where you are located;
  • read each operator’s full terms and conditions before registering or depositing;
  • make your own decisions and accept responsibility for their consequences;
  • gamble only with money you can afford to lose, and never borrow in order to gamble;
  • use the deposit, loss and session limits an operator provides, and seek help if gambling stops being enjoyable;
  • comply with all applicable laws, including tax obligations that may apply to gambling in your jurisdiction.

If gambling is causing you difficulty, our responsible gaming page lists free and confidential support services in Ireland and internationally.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage or impair it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server or connected systems;
  • introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content by automated means without our written consent;
  • reproduce, republish or redistribute our reviews, tables or guides in whole or substantial part;
  • frame the site, or present our content as your own or as endorsed by us;
  • use the site to promote gambling to anyone under 18, or to anyone who has self-excluded.

We reserve the right to restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached, and to report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

10. Intellectual property

All original content on this site — review text, scoring methodology, comparison tables, guides, page structure, layout, styling, code, and our own logo and graphics — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission. If you quote us, please keep the quotation short, attribute it to Top 10 Ireland Casinos and link to the page it came from.

This site links to gambling operators, regulators and support organisations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, availability or the products they offer. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.

Operator names and logos referred to on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used for identification and comparison purposes only, which is legitimate referential use. Their appearance here does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, approval or affiliation beyond the advertising relationships disclosed in section 6. The brand images used on our pages are neutral graphics of our own creation and are not operator artwork.

12. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site, or any content on it, without notice. We are not liable if the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

13. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations that are not expressly set out in these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • gambling losses of any kind, however incurred;
  • decisions you take on the basis of information published here;
  • the acts, omissions, solvency, terms or conduct of any operator, including refused withdrawals, voided bonuses, closed accounts or changed terms;
  • loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss;
  • inaccuracy or incompleteness in bonus terms, payout times or other operator details, whether or not we were aware of it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you have a dispute with an operator, raise it with the operator first and then with the regulator named in our review of that brand. We are happy to point you to the right complaints route, and we log reports so they feed into future scoring, but we cannot act as your representative or adjudicate the dispute.

14. Corrections and complaints

We publish corrections when we get something wrong. If you believe a review contains a factual error, an out-of-date bonus term or an unfair characterisation, write to [email protected] with the page, the specific point and any supporting evidence.

We acknowledge editorial complaints within five working days. Confirmed factual errors are corrected promptly and, where the correction is material, noted on the page or in our Latest Updates section. Where we have reviewed the evidence and stand by our conclusion, we will explain our reasoning.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our commercial arrangements or the law. The version number and date at the top of this page always identify the current text, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site. Please check back periodically.

16. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this website are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident in another EEA state you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where mandatory local law provides for it.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
