Corrections, disagreements and reader reports genuinely shape what appears on this site. If a bonus term has changed, a payout took far longer than we say it should, or you think a score is wrong, we want to hear it. Real messages from readers have moved brands down our table and removed two of them entirely.

Send us a message

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Please give us enough detail to act on — the casino name and the specific page or term involved make a report far easier to verify.

We use it only to reply to you, and never for marketing.

This form runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server of ours — once your entries pass validation, your own email application opens with the details filled in, so you always see exactly what you are sending before it leaves your device. If your device has no mail application configured, email us directly at [email protected].

What we can and cannot do

We would rather set expectations honestly than leave you waiting for something we are not able to provide.

What we can do

  • Correct a factual error or an out-of-date bonus term, usually within a few days.
  • Re-test a casino’s withdrawal times if several readers report delays.
  • Explain the wagering conditions or licence position behind anything we publish.
  • Point you to the correct regulator and complaints route for a specific operator.
  • Log your report so it feeds into our next monthly scoring review.
  • Remove a brand from the table where the evidence justifies it.

What we cannot do

  • Access, unlock, verify or close your casino account — we have no such ability.
  • Release a withheld withdrawal, reinstate a voided bonus or overturn an operator’s decision.
  • Act as your representative or adjudicate a dispute; that is the regulator’s role.
  • Provide bonus codes, free spins or promotional credit — those come from operators only.
  • Give legal, financial or tax advice, or advise on whether you should gamble.
  • Reverse a self-exclusion. That is deliberate, and it is a protection working as intended.

Making a report we can act on

The most useful reports include the casino name, the date, the page or promotion involved, what you expected and what actually happened, and any reference number from the operator’s support team. Screenshots help. Please do not include your password, full card number or identity documents — we neither need nor want them, and we will delete them if they arrive.
